Aircraft Spawns manager for CFS3.zip - spawn manager

This is an old utility for CFS3, dating back to June 2005. I imagine it is very similar to the one for CFS2. It controls entered and left service dates, and allow spawn entry, for all aircraft xdps in an install.

AC_Spawns_v1.4 for usage with NEK_redux, which means it manages for up to 17 countries.
