"Airfield Construction Group" regsitering problem ?!?!?!

FlightSim.Com is actually presenting on its main page a new group called "Airfield Construction Group" that just proposed to us two very interresting Air Bases sceneries for both FSX and FS9 :

Raf Marham and Raf Bruggen ( Germany )

When entering their website we have to register to eventually have access to these sceneries to download.

On the registering process there is an Anti Spam question to answer.

The questions is : Please enter the name of RAF Tucano's manufacturer.

The answer is obviously "Short" or Short Brothers" but these two answers are not accepted by the registering system ( !!!!!! ?????? !!!!!! )

I even tried "Bombardier" ( previous owner of Short ) and even "Embraer" without any success.

My questions is : What is the answer to put on the anti spam answer box to be able to register to
"Airfield Construction Group".

Thanks in advance !!!!

have you tried all lower case??

You cannot blame them for tough security, heck I have some of the toughest.

These spammers, hackers are criminals and their ISP's have a who gives a **** policy. In some cases the ISP themselves are doing this criminal activities.

By the way,

My initial question still stands but be advised that ACG FS9 Raf Bruggen air base is available on
FlightSim.Com FS9 scenery file.

I just download it and tried it with an AlphaSim Hawker Hunter of RAF 4th Squadron that
was located there during the cold war.

The ACG RAF Bruggen air base is super ( super ) detailed with almonst no downgrading
effect on "frames per seconds"

Runway, taxiways, soft buildings, fences, hardened aircraft shelters, trees, ground equipment
and even ground crews.

Everyting is there and super detailed !!!

This air base will be perfect for the FS9 Alphasim RAF Jaguar GR.1 to come.
( if its eventually came ?!?!?! )

RAF 14, 17, 20 and 31 Squadrons were all based at RAF Germany Bruggen during
the period they were equipped with Jaguars.

Good job from the ACG team !!!!

I've a question about airfields in FS9, and it's just my own curiousity. How hard is it to add a simple, rural grass strip to FS9, one that doesn't exist in the sims original existing database? What's needed to create one? Are the tools readily available within FS9 itself or does it require special software?

Cheers,

N.

All you need to do that is AFCAD 2.21 by Lee Swordy. At Flightsim etc.

I'm wondering if I should start a new post but as it would be about constructing an airfield, here goes.
I'm making an Ibsley Airfield just north of Ringwood on the Edge of the New Forest, about 4 miles away from me. I remember hearing Spits revving & seeing them before it all came to an end in 1947 when I was 5. I came across this site through one Kit Yardley who mentioned Cees Donker in an email. I'm going to search d/loads for WW2 stuff.

I've added lots of trees from ag_tr4_lib.bgl & Agen_XTrees_lib_1.bgl I have but when I leave the airfield & look back they all vanish one by one & pop up again when approaching. Is there a tree library that doesn't do this. I'm using Instant Scenery. Other trees stay put......

I have Spits, Hurricanes, P51 & 38s flying from my Ibsley so at least that bit works!

Thanks,
Terry Wallis.

I saw this my at flightsim.com myself. Talk about irritating!!! That secret question made me get desperate in finding the correct choice of words that worked. Like yourself I searched Google for the answer. And what seemed relevant, wasn't. I was so frustrated :isadizzy:

Then after trying everything under the sun that made sense, I typed the word "shorts"....and viola. By the time I figured it out I was so mad that I closed the browser window. I've yet to go look. But will.

Hi chaps,

Apologies for the trouble you have had registering. I must accept responsibility since I set the question lol! Touch wood so far we haven't had any spammers on the forum since it was added :jump:.

I had always referred to it as the Shorts Tucano... it looks as though I may be in a minority according to the Internet lol!

With regards to creating scenery. If you encounter any problems or have specific questions you might like to visit ACG, now you can register... http://www.airfieldconstructiongroup.org/

Cheers!
