Guys-:wavey:

I recently developed an interest for "airplane nose art". If some of you have a website or two to recommend, I would really appreciate it.

Thanks!

Many thanks Duckie,

that's the one I downloaded many images from for templates to the A2A P-47D and lost the bookmark when my MB got hit by lightning in July.

I wanted to find it for myself and link it for C9G too. Good job, this is one fine site. I wish I could find more info on the pilot, serial, and markings for this one.

You are more than welcome, Caz. It is a great site. The historical aspect is fascinating and I it's a terrific reference source for painting, as you've said.

Thank you so very much to all who have shared their links with me!!

I'm having fun looking at all of them! I enjoy some of the"play on words" found on some of them, as well as the "female" names chosen! Wow!
It's quite an art!
