Airport info ticker

Hi,
When I fly near Jean-LeSage airport in Quebec I get this green info ticker running across the screen and a voice reading it to me.
I am using the Quebec City scenery by Jean St-Cyr and the Jean-Lesage airport package by Gilles Boily but even if I disable both packages I still get the banner.

It only appears to occur at this specific airport.

What have I missed and how do I get rid of the bloody thing?

Change your Comm frequencies, as it sounds like you're picking up ATIS from somewhere in the neighborhood.
