Thanks Flyboy! I worship the adversary vipers, very cool pics! Ted Carlson is the MAN! Of course, I keep wondering when someone is going to paint these for the Kirk Olssen Viper...long overdue if you ask me. Sure do wish I could paint.
I'm down in Missoula and get up to Kalispell semi regularly and each time I go I am stunned by the growth up there. I would have never believed that Kalispell and Whitefish could someday touch and now I'm not so sure. Glacier Park is majestic from the ground and absolutely stunning from the air, one of those places that I pray won't be ruined by us. I'm surprised to see Alaska ANG flying F-16's. I was with the Montana Guard a few years back and we were flying 16's while Alaska was in 15's. Now Montana has transitioned to 15's :isadizzy:and...
Doug, I agree, the Flathead Valley as well as Missoula are experiencing massive growth. Hope the beauty of Montana is not scarred by progress, I guess the secret has been out over the past few years - at least Glacier Nat'l Park will retain its majestic beauty. Here's a pic I took about 3 years ago.
I saw these photos yesterday, and thought about posting them as well. To me, the photos just about look like flight sim screenshots, with the clean colors of the aircraft.
Me too....and the pics are great. Ted Carlson is one heck of an aviation shooter and a great guy all-around. I have had the priviledge of shooting with him a couple of times (Red Flags)...quite an honor.
