The is my final production repaint of A2A's WOP III P-47D representing "Miss Mary Lou", a P-47D-20-RE flown by Major Henry McAfee of the 19th FS, 318th FG, Saipan, 1943. I made so many amendments from new photographs provided by jankees and Lee Kolosna and text information supplied by Mr. Kolosna that I practically did an entirely new paint. So much was just "wrong".
