All objects 'red' in 'fruendly' mission area

Does anyone have an idea why in 1 install, all aircraft at their base are surrounded by 'red' enemy facilities, even though there is a front line and the mission builder shows these areas as 'blue'. The same missions in another install shows all surrounding items as blue friendly items.
