• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Cees, I have no earthly idea. You know much more about scenery than I do.
 
The only thing i can think off is finding the texture the object use's and Alpha it out, but that would get rid of all of them and the texture may be used for other objects as-well,

Assuming they are autogen, maybe open the default.xml with notepad and remove their entry from the xml.

default.xml located in the main Autogen folder

I am a USER in the strictest sense of the word when it comes to scenery and I can even make a mess of it as a user!

The only suggestion I have, if you haven't already done it and absent any better suggetions, is to pay a vist to the Old Hangar forums and post your question in the "Developers Corner - Scenery Design" forum - HERE

I thought of that, but couldn't find the fitting texture. Funny to see that we think the same in this matter!

Have you tried "EXCBUILDERV2"? It only works on default scenery so if this scenery is default it should work.

Don't let the numbers fool you.

That count may include google searches (or other search engines) that have looked for keywords that were in your post. The number of real people who read your thread may have been much lower.

That having been said I don't have an answer to your question. Honestly this is the kind of question that I would have asked hoping you had the answer. :icon_lol:

Anyway I am interested in knowing the final answer. I plan on setting up my GW3 install in the next few months if all goes well.
