Allen's Rebuild of Structures Not D/Ling

Stock Infrastructure Rebuild.zip will not download for me.
I can d/l his other items, but this one will give me an error msg.

Says it is a compressed folder error.
Windows cannot open the folder.

Just DLed and it open just fine for me. Using XP. Can other check as well?

Perhaps a WIN10 issue.
I will try on my WIN7 rig or XP.
