Alpha Beaufighter Textures

Hi All,
I am in the process of resurrecting a repaint I did years ago for the Alphasim Beaufighter. I have hit a bit of a snag painting the undercarriage doors. I assume that they are on the same bmp as the cowlings but no matter how much I experiment with likely parts the doors remain a dark green. Everything else is quite straightforward. Can someone point me in the right direction!

Is the door one solid color? If yes maybe it material color and doesn't have a texture.

I have seen a Coastal Command repaint which has the undercarriage doors the same colour as the wing underside, so it seems unlikely that is a material colour.
