Alphajet ... ???

Indeed, to my knowledge, theirs (Alpha Ciel Bleu) - same folks who did the French F4U-7 - is the only FS9 Alphajet out there. That said, a nice model, given it's release back in '04, if memory serves.

A lovely plane, worthy of an update, but still good.

There were some great extra paints for it by Cyril Breton on Avsim but the links are dead now. I have a few of them still on my HD but not all.

operational french Armée De l'Air Alphajet of the "AJeTS"
located at Cazaux Air Base ( LFBC )

AJeTS is the French & Belgian "Advance Jet Training School"

This is the most current Alpha Jet repaint with :

Dark Grey overall colour
Correct position and size for the intake roundel
Correct white "Armée De l'air" inscription
AJeTS White/Blue logo on the fin.
Correct new "Air Base number" coding

Just made a flight from Cazaux Air Base with this new repainted
AJeTS Alphajet.

The repaint is "Crystal Clear" and the pilote even have
the brand new "CGF Gallet" flight helmet !!!

A superb repaint indeed !

Has anyone else had a steering issue with the jet on the ground? I had to add "differential brakes" just so I could drive it from the ramp to the runway.

Had the same problem even after adding differential brakes.
