Transmeridian Air Cargo also operated the Belfast, but the texture isn't included. The plane is originally for FS2004, but converted for FSX use. It uses the default 747-400 panel. VC is included. Model by Alphasim.

You might want to hang on for a while - the guys over at Britsim.com are weaving their update-y magic on it, as they recently did for the Vickers Valiant. There will be improved FDE, panel, sounds, the works.
 
Thanks, for some reason it didn't appear on a search I did a little while ago. But I could have sworn it was an FSX update, it seems to be just FS9. I don't have FS9 installed anymore but still have a few bits I would like, that being one of them.
