Amphib?

For my GW3 install. I know about the Goose and found Milton's Beech 18. But I'm looking for a shorter single engine aircraft from that period. I have some floats but would like an amphib. Thanks for any help.

...And the recently released Supermarine Walrus ...

If only someone would make some overall silver pre-WW2 repaints for it! It's almost enough to tempt me to install FS/GW in my present computer and pick up my paintbrush again. Almost, but not quite...

Globe Swift (Bill Lyons) on amphibious floats

Grumman J2F Duck (Paul Clawson or SwingMan) many pre-WW2 paints available

Grumman G-21 / JRF Goose (Bill Lyons, Mike Stone)
many pre-WW2 paints available

Grumman G-44 / J4F Widgeon (Jerry Beckwith, Joe Binka) both in pre-WW2 USCG livery

Shavrov Sh-2 (Alexander Belov)

Sikorsky S-38
(George Diemer)

Sikorsky S39 (George Diemer) as Willy suggested

Vickers Type 54 Viking IV (Ted Cook)

Vought OS2U Kingfisher (Tim Conrad) many pre-WW2 paints available

The S.38, Goose and Widgeon are twins, but they're small twins. The others are all singles.

haha nm. I should have looked here at soh first. Thanks for all the info. I think I'll also be getting the walrus.

There's an overall silver french one I've done... and soon a prewar Fleet Air Arm one too.

Sorry for getting so excited. Mmmm, Steampunk'd Goose, Spittie, Cub, a car or two? Tri-motors & the list just goes on. Could be fun in Golden Wings! ;)

'Just to add....a superb freeware single engine amphibian is Milton & Co's Avia 56. It's free and is here in the Add-Ons Library. Just search," Avia."

Also...the Trimotor Avia 51 and 57 can also be had in Trimotor flavour....but maybe that's too much engine...?

Ahhh, but what a beauty she is... the '57 handles like a dream and each engine has it's own "personality". You have to fly her, mate!
