Future Classic Stearman Aircraft presents new skins for Robert Sanderson's Stearman Duster! I've been creating some military style skins for the Classic Solo Stearman. As I'm learning new techniques,
I will further make improvements. Both are included at the link below... enjoy!

Here's a little presentation I put together of FCSA Navy Stearman Solo...

Great artwork TuFun! :applause:

BTW: Is there a fix for Bob's Stearman V2 nagging ground shadow modelling? He created a new, fantastic exterior model, but left the ground shadows as in V1.

Thanks very much Tufun!

These paints make Sanderson's Stearman also a cross country machine, maybe make fly to some flyins or just cruising adventures and an ag plane. Excellent stuff! Thanks a whole bunch!

Here's a video I found on that very same aircraft.

"Bill Bennett, ASC shot this video of a beautifully restored 1941 PT-17 Stearman biplane, flown by 18 year-old Sammy Mason; owned by his parents, Rowena and Pete Mason."

Beautiful video...

That's amazing you found a video of that particular plane! Very nice video. His video looks ironically like the video you made using your scenery!

Absolutely love the orangish-yellow, N2S-TFF. It has a nice rich color.

I based them on these two versions. I agree with you on TFF bird... appealing color! -TF

Since I have started updating this model, the link listed in this post are not valid. More improvements will follow, including different panels and pilots! Here's a few pics of the two grey versions and a few panel tests.

Speaking of (or is that looking at) Stearmans, The movie "The Aviator" with Christopher Reeve has some superb footage of several Stearmans flying the US Mail run from Elco, Nevada north through the Rocky Mountains. I got the movie in the bargain bin at an unremembered store, but it was worth every cent that I paid for it and then some. The plot isn't too bad either.

This is excellent news Tufun. You have picked an excellent subject, Stearman, to do your repaints on and more repaints was much needed. Thanks You for doing them.

This particular one looks like it has had the Ag modification done to it. The hopper area, and simply cut into the hopper area to use as a mail baggage area and use a tarp for a seal.

Two that I'm working on at the moment... Navy Yellow update and quick wip of one of the "The Aviator (85)" Stearmans.
