An odd terrain issue, may be UTX related

Ive just reinstalled FSX and im adding some of my favorite airfield's, and ive also installed UTX I think i have a ground texture problem. Ive taken screens flying out of Venafro in Italy. screen one with the blue showing through is with UTX installed, the second is with it disable'd. but screen 3 is with UTX disable's but still with strange tile's showing, any idea's guys

Looks like Landclass issue, do you have any other landclass addon installed? UTX contains own landclass and waterclass, there might be some conflicts with other addon landclass.

I went for the Nuclear option in the end, and just did a reinstall, everything seems to be in the right place now
