Animated airport vehicles

Hi, i was just wondering is there is a payware or freeware add-on for FS9 that allows for animated airport vehicles to make the airport experieince richer.

George Grimshaw is the first author that comes to mind. He's the driving force behind Fly Tampa. I don't know of any of their products (payware) that don't have animated vehicles. You can get a taste of his stuff with the freeware KBOS package...
