Another campaign has moved to the "retirement community"

I have uploaded another campaign to both SOH and my "box" site, this time it is the Chianti Raiders / Corpo Aereo Italiano dual-sided campaign. This campaign package is my other "original" work, and has been extensively updated.

1) There have been two GSL ports added, specifically designed for this campaign. One is the Port of Harwich, a major facility, and a small port at Great Yarmouth. I hope these will prove useful to you.
2) Both campaigns have become slightly dynamic. For the missions on November 11th, you will fly one of two missions on that day, but not both.
3) A .dp adjustment has been made to the Boulton-Paul Defiant, which will help MB users.
4) Mission texts and random chance elements have been significantly updated, although for logistical reasons, random chance elements are not included in EVERY mission.
Because I forgot to mention it in the readme, thanks go to those who figured out the .dp problems with Wolfi's small factory and the large pier!
