Another Claims ? and a FPS ?

How long does one have to wait before you can expect your claim to be decided one way or the other? I assume that if I mis-spell the guys name that witnessed the kill that I am sol. Do I need give more than 1 witness if they were there?

On the FPS side, does a quad core offer better/higher minimum FPS over a dual core assuming they are clocked at the same level? I had been reading that FSX takes advantage of quads somewhat but I didn't know if the underlying CF3 engine did or not.

I do not think spelling of the name matters. here is an example of a confirmed combat report, include lots of detail. Also in patch 1.2 there are different settings for claim realism in workshop.

CFS 3 was developed when single cores were usual and it may give you troubles when running on a multi core machine, stutters and such. If you have a dual or quad core and want the best result check the download section there if you need to install one of those dual core optimizers. Note: the Intel Dual core patch is already included in Windows XP Service Pack 3.
