Another WW1 Campaign Ready: Experimental

Made another short experimental type of campaign based off of an earlier idea I had come up with. These are missions you fly solo and try to seek out enemy aircraft.Way points will not lead you to any planes,in fact they will not take you far from the aerodrome. You have to fly to the front and choose your own flight path while searching for enemy planes. Not sure how good of an idea this is but thought I might as well put it together. This is a run of six missions with the German aircraft being randomly located and on different flight paths each day.Found a nice little aerodrome to fly out of not far from the front. Also I believe I solved the problem with the AI aircraft landing prematurely.Simple fix...Will update all the missions but I believe I will wait a bit to do this...Here is a link to the 1916 Challenge Campaign mission files. You will need the planes and scenery from the 1916 British\Allies campaign package.

mission test results

Have only made it through a few of the missions so far....Difficult to test the missions well because of the distances and number of variations....Did come across a halberstadt that was landed which I hate seeing..Also ran into three enemy planes at once which is not really what I have intended.Really hard to predict what type of a combination of enemy planes you might end up with on any given mission..There are five German planes in each mission.German planes should be no more than 30 miles north or south your home aerodrome and no more than roughly 15 miles east or west of the front lines...Did not explain things well enough in the briefing..Oh well...just a few missions to play around with...

Halberstadt

Just realized that this aircraft is not included in any of my downloads..Have not used it until now with this experimental campaign. There are two Halberstadt aircraft in the experimental missions. The Halbd2cfsPEG and the Halberstadt. Here is a link to get the Halberstadt....Not sure where it came from originally... Probably simviation...
