Antonov An-2

lately, I'm beginning to really enjoy the Antonov An-2. There are quite a few models out there, as well as an An-3
Which is the nicest An-2? Piglet's, Zhyhulskiy's or Xomer, & any others, if I'v missed them. Wheels, ski's & floats.

Im a fan of Piglets personally, there are tons of repaints by SteveB in the library

If you ever have the chance to fly in an AN-2 (I did), DO IT !! After that there's nothing in the world that can scare you

I saw one at an airshow once, it has a ridiculously slow stall speed, it just looked like it was hanging in the air

There's plenty to choose from on the russian Avsim site ; you'll need to learn some Russian (or use google translate) to get best from Anton Nikolaev's (Xomer); get the free Moscow scenery from Drzeweicki (here---> https://www.drzewiecki-design.net/prodUUEE_2015.htm) and try to land it in Red Square

Yes, I do find a lot of interesting planes there at Avsimrus. I have to trawl through the files, as somehow, the search facility does not work.

All Drzewiecki-Design FS2004 sceneries: https://www.drzewiecki-design.net/products.htm#FS2004 were released as freeware a while back!

However, no official support is provided, so one is on their own (or at best, have to refer to old forum posts), should any issues arise!

FREE full product ; they released nearly all their fs9 products as freeware once fs2020 came out.
