Anyone has an interest in playing online for the original PTO?

Hello. I don't know if this has been addressed before or not. I just installed the original PTO Solomon Islands v.1.54 on my Windows 7 64-bit computer and I was wondering if anyone has an interest in playing multiplaying (online) for this game. I don't even know if you could download this anymore. I know PTO Rising Sun has been up for multiplaying already (but since it's still in beta form) I'm not too thrilled with it just yet. So is there anyone who has an interest for the original PTO multiplaying?:mixedsmi:

Deadmeat1971,

I have all of PTO_Solomons myself.

That link WILL work, but this is the official site, in case there are problems:

http://aussiex.org/forum/index.php?act=idx

Then Downloads, 3rd Party Downloads, and then ETO/PTO/Sim-Outhouse: PTO Build 1.4 Main Base Install, PTO Update 1.0,
PTO Update 1.13, PTO Update 1.22, PTO Update 1.30, PTO Update 1.40, and PTO Update 1.54.

Thanks...

Thanks, grizzly50, I hope all is well. Perhaps, we can catch a game or two sometime. I had 'hosted' a test game last night for Solomon Islands but obviously no one came (announced it in Sim-Outhouse.net). I have to plan it ahead of time I guess...

I think this thread is becoming useless since Tailwind has sent me a PM that he has tried unsuccessfully to get folks to play for PTO, MAW, ETO, etc. from this forum. The folks at OFF is no longer there either (I just noticed that a few weeks ago)... However, I had convinced my friend (and his dad) to play for the meantime.. which is great! We play the original Combat Flight Simulator 3 missions (with the modified Firepower P-51 D) and OFF (version 1.30c) successfully under Windows 7 64-bit.

Once Rising Sun pass its beta phase, I would definitely play that one as well (I'm waiting for the new sceneries to be added near the runways and such). Once again, thank you all for the hard work and keeping CFS3 alive! :jump:
