Anyone Have or Seen Ki-51 Sonia?

I need a Sonia for one of McGuire's missions in June 1944. Searched the web and cannot find one.

I suppose I could use an E13A1 or C6N1 from Akemi for now.

I have another one from Piloto Azul, I belive, that looks good; couldn't tell you where I got it from becuase it has no documentation. It has a limited VC, but should make an excellent AI aircraft.

BTW: Is "Piloto Azul" this the same person that is often referred to as "Silvia"?

Yes, both 'Piloto Azul' & 'Voodoo 5000' are Silvia's user names. The former is the name of her now defunct website & the latter, her SOH handle.

Yeppers loaded just fine.
McGuire shot down two of 'em on 16 June 1944 with one very unfortunate Oscar over Jefman Island DEI.

BTW, there is an airbase there on MaskRider's scenery of the island but no airfield in airbases.dat.

So, enterprising as I am, I moused the center of the runway, wrote down the coordinates and entered it into the airbases.dat in the INFO folder. It doesn't show in MB.

I re-deleted all filelist.dat, INDEX, CDP and still does not show.

Any ideas? Guidance?

Also, for MR, the Island Owi just south of Biak was used as General Kenney's refueling island until the 41st Infantry Div was able to secure Biak. Any chance of getting a runway there? Google Earth shows an old, almost reclaimed by the jungle airfield there. According to historic files, it is a very flat island. I am currently using Biak in it's place, but would be nice to be historically accurate.

OOPS!

I hand edited the airbase data and fat-fingerred a minus sign where an equal sign should have gone. Now Jefman Island base is fully functional!

I still need a refueling base on Owi Island though.........
