Anyone have the Cargo_Drop_Effects.zip file, under FS2004 effects?

The download link here at Sim Outhouse is pooched, you get a 404 error. Would love to have this effect for airdrop capability.
 
Would you be willing to send it to me? I have sent you my email address in a PM. I have notified the site admins that their DL link is busted, too.
