• There seems to be an uptick in Political comments in recent months. Those of us who are long time members of the site know that Political and Religious content has been banned for years. Nothing has changed. Please leave all political and religious comments out of the forums.

    If you recently joined the forums you were not presented with this restriction in the terms of service. This was due to a conversion error when we went from vBulletin to Xenforo. We have updated our terms of service to reflect these corrections.

    Please note any post refering to a politician will be considered political even if it is intended to be humor. Our experience is these topics have a way of dividing the forums and causing deep resentment among members. It is a poison to the community. We appreciate compliance with the rules.

Anyone have this skins converted ?

I've just download this alpha P-51D package but those skins set still transparant, anyone have this skins set that already converted to cfs2? there're 5 skins in this package..really appreaciated for anyone who willing to share or maybe give some advice how to do ?

Rami is correct. I had the same problem with a C-46. It will take a little time. After you download Martin Wright's listed by Rami, open the site where your textures are located. Then you hit save as and then Extented bitmap. Go down until Extended 16 bit 565. You will be asked to replace the present frame; click replace. Do this with every frame in the texture folder for each aircraft. When you fly the plane the silver areas will no longer be transparent.

BTW, converted all the F1 clouds, and they look fluffy and beautiful......

ps To get shine to replace the ally tex shine, put the ac through MDLC and select a high gloss setting, which works well.

hahaha u're right shessi btw there're 2 more clouds still on my list so far
btw could you tell me the step how to make that shine ? im still noob with cfs2 things :banghead:
