Hello. I have the Fravin00 FS2004 Cessna 150 and I was told that someone got most of the gauges working in FSX by altering the alpha channels in some of the bmps for the gauges using the program DXTbmp. I do not know how to do this. Do you? Thanks a lot.

You don't "edit" bitmaps with DXTBmp. I it is simply a file conversion utility. You must create or edit bitmaps in a "paint" type program, such as Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, or the OpenSource program GIMP.

What you can do do with DXTBump, is use it to send the alpha to the "paint" type program as mentioned by Bill, edit it there, and then re-import it back into the .bmp in DXTBump. Perhaps that's what the other person had done.
