Anyone know of a Fokker F-27 and/or F50 in current development?

It is amazing to me that the two best examples of these two aircraft are still the Mike Stone F-27 (nice, but dated), and the Dreamwings F-50 (Nice, but dated).

The VirtualCol F-50 is simply not up to the level I'd expect for payware-- plus there is not a paintkit that I am aware of.

A **REAL** bonus would be Fokker F-27 MPA and/or F-50 Maritime Patrol variants...

Does anyone know of anything out there that is cooling on this front?

At times there have been several, but they've all been cancelled.

I wonder what happens to the leftovers if a project goes down the drain...cold storage or the recycling bin? Both solutions are awful ones, since I bet there's enough people out there willing to finish unfinished stuff.

Yeah...depressing...

I really like those-- FOKKERS!

It seems to be even hard to find quality three view drawings of both the civilian and military variants.

Michael Davies and Piglet have both mentioned having a vault full of partially completed models.

If you're interested, there are plenty of both the aircraft mentioned at flightsim.com, but with no VCs and sounds. There are plenty of panels and such to go with them though.

Put me on the list for a good F-27/F-50, especially if it would include the very rare Dutch AF F-60!
