SOH-CM-2025
Although everything else works fine in my reinstall of FS9 from different disks,I noticed "Getting Started",Century of Flight",and"The Learning Center don't work.Instead I get a message saying "This program cannot display the webpage".
I found all these sections on the disks and have copied them to the sim and also keep them in a separate place. They are all readable and even the King vidieo's work But if you click on "fly this lesson now" I get the same "this program cannot display webpage" message.
I can access all the lessons by opening the lessons folder and clicking on the flt .part of the lessons except there is no voice over by Rod Machado.
Not a big deal since I already took all the lessons when I had FS9 on XP on my old machine.
Since I do have excess to all these sections it's really no biggy ,but I would like to know why these parts of FS9 don't work, corrupted files maybe? When I do go to a lesson and fly it I get another error message that says this file may be corrupted and to download Adventures, then it loads except for Rod's voiceover.I thought Adventures were only in FSX.
So I have to access these sections from the FS9 root folder, not in the sim.

I could be wrong here, but isn't there an option during installation to do a full or partial install? In other words, to either install everything (including all the videos, lessons etc) to your hard drive, or have some parts run from the CD; I always pick the complete install, you may have picked the other one?

About the missing files

Andy ,thanks for your reply ,but when I reinstalled FS9 I did the full install as I always do. The only thing I can think of was these files were corrupted. At least I have access to all that is missing ,except I can't access the sections from inside FS9 and have to either go to the root folder or the other separate place where I keep them.
Also I can't get the Rod Machado voice over ,but no biggy there as I took all the lessons on my old computer on XP and don't really need him saying "you don't seem to be having a good day,so we'll cancel this lesson" or something like that.
I did use different disks ,because I was losing DLL files with my older disks and at least it's better than having that happen over and over again.
