ARMA style server???

Guys, Is it possible to set up multiplayer in an ARMA EVOLUTION style, with a "live" map. Somewhat like vatsim lets say. For example. I have access to high speed server, Vatsim is awsome, but no weapons. Can we run CFS3 in a live world like that?
