AS F-16 FalconX Sound Update

The AeroSoft F-16 FalconX Cockpit Sound update is available for download :

"It now comes with a complete VC sound set, where each button, knob and swicth got it's own sound file. We also added the Bitching Betty that will nag you when you are doing something you should not be doing. Together it really helps to make the whole VC a lot more immersive and even easier to use as you get audio feedback on what you do"

grtz,

I'm scared. I'm updating to 1.21, but I'm scared it will remove all my repaints :(

Can anyone let me know if it does this? And if so, how to prevent it?

Regards, Diego

Diego, Make a copy of aircraft.cfg in each folder where you have new paints. Then, after the upgrade, open both the copy you made and the new one and copy the FLTSIM sections from the old version to the new one. Just be careful to realign the flightsim.x numbers to keep them in sequence. I'll be doing that myself. I have one flight in the new version - it's a nice improvement. I don't know how I feel about Betty yet but she's not too naggy.
