Running well and proving to be a better all round driving experience than I first thought!

Too busy sorting through Assetto Corsa mods to give this (And Dirt 2!) more time, which is a shame. Getting some practice in:

I've been sorting through all the Race Sims and discarding the ones too old or just plain awful to bother with Ferry.
ACC is really stable and I'm getting right into it, r Factor2 will never ever clutter up my system again, GTR Evo and company have issues, Automobilista 1 and 2 are maybes, and AC still gives me problems with certain additions doing unexplained CTD issues.
I'm at a loss as to why most Legion open wheelers just refuse to load, and why the road version of Velos 275GTB works and the 275GTB C doesn't!
And I finally decided that the NFS 'family' need to be banished.
As for pCARS......I know, I know, but they work and I enjoy v1 and v2.
:adoration:

Have you updated content manager, CSP and SOL all to the latest version? Also update any Microsoft library packs.
As for individual cars, this might be missing driver models. I'm sure there's a pack of those available at the Legion website.

Anyway, thought I was doing quite well at Mount Panorama which has never been a favourite of mine, but apparently I still need to find at least ten seconds to be competitive... :dizzy:

Maybe I can take some clues from a fellow countryman, this guy is great in a sim, wonder if he can handle a real race car..?

I have updated everything I can think of Ferry, and I might just give AC a complete new installation.
As a trial just running all the default content might be sensible, followed by individual additions one at a time.
The Mountain....I consider a good run for me being one when I manage to not get hit by the competition and I avoid hitting the scenery.

Managed to knock another for seconds of my personal best, now good enough to be last on the actual grid... :biggrin-new:

Alongside me Ferry!
:playful:

Worst thing is, I don't know where to find more time... Braking on the logitech G29 isn't great so maybe a bit there, a few setup changes to swap downforce for mechanical grip and a little less rough ride, but I doubt I can get below 2:10 with that..
