Assetto Corsa Evo.

It certainly will need to have mod support, or it will be dead in the water Ferry.
The whole strength of Assetto Corsa is the inclusion of modding, as shown by the popularity of a sim that dates back some 10+ years.
Good that KUNOS have taken the time to release it when it is ready.
