ATC alternative?

Hi,
I seem to remember having an alternate ATC in my FS9 system, but a computer meltdown and various brain farts mean that I am no longer sure if I was imagining it...can anyone help me remember?!

Killing 2 birds with one stone is to ask another question; I downloaded a nice version of the 1948 Bonanza, but it has no pilot...is there a way to get him/her on board?
