Just used the link in the original thread and it downloaded without a problem.
Might be a 'Browser' thing, I'm using Firefox FWIW.

Think you'll need to wait for Rami to activate the file in the library, until then only admins etc can download it.

Sorry about that guys... didn't realize how the system works. I can see the download, if I'm logged in, so thought it was available, but not there if I'm logged out.
