ATTN Admin: Uploading issues

I'm having problems uploading a file. It's a .zip file less than 5mb, but when I press the submit button, it says the file exceeds the size limitations. The posted limit is 190mb, what gives? Thanks for any help.

I would send a PM to Rami. I believe he manages the down load section(?). It could be days before he sees the thread here(?).
