AVG P-40B Skins MIA?

I'm just beginning to explore the CFS2 world, and I'd like to find a P-40B for the Flying Tigers (free). I found this:

But the file seems to be missing? Anyone have any suggestions on where I might find a Flying Tiger P-40B or C?
