Just tried, I can reach both the forums as the library.....

So I guess the problem might be on your side.

I was just on. Working fine! It may have been a temporary situation. Final touches being put on the new server.
 
Strange, I still can't get on. It worked fine yesterday evening, since this morning no joy. Trying access via a link from another site also doesn't work. Wonder what happened...
 
No trouble yesterday after a brief outage in the morning, and no trouble today at all.
