I got tired of making modifications to this aircraft. I hope this is the final version.

I have just sent the beta test copy to bearcat241 and e.a.wicklund.

I have updated all the graphics for 15 of my favorite paint schemes. Most of these repaints are painted by cobrauk, I have to make minor modifications to be used with this new version. I am thinking of releasing all 15 repaints. I hope cobrauk and the other painters doesn't mind me making modifications to his/her repaints.

I can not find the author of Hurry Home Honey and Scrappy paint schemes.

The aircraft is ready, I am waiting for Eric to make final modifications to his version of the dp and airfiles. DJ has finished his version of the airfile.
 
AW P-51D Ver 2 has been uploaded.

The original aircraft bmp file was based on the stock CFS3 P-51D, you can use any of these bmp files with minor modifications.

This Hurry Home Honey was repainted using a CFS3 skin.

I have also uploaded twenty paint schemes for this aircraft.

A new entry has been added to Add-Ons Library, category CFS 2 Aircraft - American

Description: VERSION 2.0 May 2019

Features: New VC, pilot, air, and dp files. Sliding canopy - Shift c, Exhaust air scoop - Shift e and Ctrl e, and Gun panels - shift w.

The 2D cockpit panel is painted by Sergey "Araks" Golovachev at www.comesk.com

It was modified to fit this aircraft. You also need to install two new gauges: P51_gyro_compass.gau & P51_Suction.gau. I don't know the original designer of these gauges.

The VC cockpit BMP files are painted by Phanis and me.

The aircraft texture files are modified from the stock CFS3 P-51D aircraft. This paint scheme was painted by Gil Shaw (Cobrauk). It was modified to fit this aircraft.

The sound files are not included, you can download it from www.sim-outhouse.com

If you don't like flatter trajectory of the bullets, you can change it from 2753 ft/sec to 839 km/sec.

You can really see the detail differences between the original model and this upgrade. You did an outstanding job on this model, thank you for the time and effort put into this! :medals:

Since there is no word about the weapons in the Readme.txt file, could you point us to where we can find the following items, please ?

> wep_pylonl_p51tank
> wep_pylonr_p51tank
> wep_us_warhawk_drop_gp

We also need DBolt's US weapon pack, but this one is easier to find. :encouragement:
