Nice! We had one of the prototypes flying in/out of ILM last year. It was quite loud but not as much as the V-22's. This photo was taken by one of our local Aviation Photographers.

But basically a V22 in civilian form would be beneficial I think!

These things are incredibly noisy which would limit their civilian applications.
