b-25 and harvard for fsx?

but are they fsx native? trying to avoid putting ports into my sim

Curious to know why? In the many years I have had FSX the 1,000 + aircraft in my hangar are mostly FS9 (and earlier) portovers. Work with few issues.

i don't like ports because they look funny. the issue with the prop discs and the glass. there have been times when i suspect ports have caused problems with my sim on the old computer. my old computer had frame rate issues when i used some port overs (not all)

i have the maam sim b25 because when fsx came out, they claimed they were making a native one and would allow everyone to download it if they had the fs9 version. right after that they put out 2 other planes instead, then quit with a bunch of lame excuses. i've been on briefing time in real life at new garden airfield.

On the general theme of waiting, it's worth noting that A2A claims to be working on an Accu-Sim AT-6. But per current A2A folkways, there's no information available about where it fits in the pipeline or when it might appear. At least there seems to be a good (and free!) FSX-native option available. For the B-25, not so much, he said, settling back in and trying to get comfortable for the long wait...

Last I read, Lewis said it was "...looked into via research...", 4/20/15

Our B-25 is very much an imminent release... And the wait might not be as long as you think!

That's really good news! Many have been waiting for a FSX native B-25. Hopefully it is reasonably easy to repaint......

Cheers,

I think they said more recently that the AT-6 was one of three aircraft they hoped to release in 2015 - "hoped" being the operative word, of course.

Good news about your B-25. Looking forward to it, and to John's as well.

My hangar always has room for good stuff!

If this is payware I will be waiting for Bomber12th's or DaveB's aircraft. Being on a pension and with medical costs the wallet can only take so much punishment.

Roy also did one for a group buy called Yellow Rose it is a b-25J and it is fsx not port. Best B-25's I have used, had maam sim in fs9 went to Roy's when I went to fsx, using his fsx version, the sound file is great, all the pops the engine makes at idle. And there are a few repaints also

Joseph, I have to ask: any wip pictures or other teasers you can release? If not, I understand. Just had to ask. I know I will be buying it regardless when it come out. Cheers!:very_drunk:

Parked at Duxford.

Installed it after reading this thread, and I'm liking it a lot.

Trucker17 has posted about this in a new thread, but just to keep this one up to date, here's the latest from A2A on their T-6.

Many thanks for the HU. So much appreciated, as of lately have given up all interest in simulator flying. Now, may stick around for a little while longer!

Really looking forward to this, just hope that it is done to the same high standard as the other A2A machines, but what we don't want is another T-6G thank you very much. Looking at the screenshot here, it appears as it is to replicate the T-6F or SNJ-6 model with the spinner, radio mast and earlier cockpit canopy (cept that we can't see the turtledeck to see if its a straight or curved lower frame or plexi as in the F. Time will tell and I look forward to seeing more shots in due course.

Here are a few examples of the SNJ-6/T-6F to show what I'm rambling on about:

Happy Landings,

Martin
