B-25 Crashes Into Empire State Building

It Was On a Saturday morning in July of 1945, Army Air Corps bomber,in heavy fog slammed into the Worlds Tallest Building..as a kid living in NYC then I remembered it well...68Yrs Ago Today.

That's a sad anniversary.

A newspaper photographer got some hair-raising pictures of the entry or exit hole by opening a window above the hole and having someone hold on to him while he leaned out and snapped his photos. I saw a print of it once but can't remember where . . . I wonder if it's in one of those articles?
