B-26G Marauder, Groupe de Bombardement Moyen 2/20 Bretagne, 1944

The Groupe operated in France from bases in Bron and St Dizier against targets in Germany and occupied France, participating in the liberation of Alsace, the destruction of the Siegfried Line, the offensive on the Sarre and the liberation of the Atlantic ports.

The subject of this model was for a time at least on display in the French Air Museum at Le Bourget airport.
