I thought that I'd try and drum upa bit of interest in this magnificent aircraft.

Mr. Ito has done a beautiful model here:

Here are some videos that might get some people into this aircraft, or arouse some horror at the fate that befel it.

Their is an Alphasim payware too which with some tweaking works well in FSX

I think(Austrian) that this is one of the biggest shames of Britains and European aircarft industrie

Here's the ALPHA model, very good one too:

Such a brilliant aircraft, you could concoct any number of conspiracy theories about its demise...the British Government of the day was a Commie-infested rats nest too...

Wow, that is nice model. Could be worth my first foray into payware :mixedsmi:

Who knows, christmas is coming (arghh i'm adding to those adds on tele that really annoy me).

What price is the model (approx)?

cheers
Matt

EDIT .....

Commie infested rats nest......

I believe one of the conspiracy theories is to do with the man being behind the cancelling being under investigation by MI at the time, perhaps the soviets ordered him to cancel it....

The ALPHA TSR2 comes highly recommended, mate. There are lots of repaints available for it too. For a somewhat dated model, it still ROCKS! (As you can see by the screenshots posted above).

I purchased the plane a few days after it was released and have been flying her since.
