Thanks! I'd heard about it being a work in progress a month or so ago, but had forgotten about it.

Hi,

Note that this scenery (and Paul Young's KMKC) are the first I know of that used the program Google Sketchup to create the custom terminals. This is much easier to use vs GMAX or FSDS, and also uses Arno's ModelConverterX utility to convert the exported Sketchup file into an MDL library object.

I have a tutorial about the process here:

http://www.calclassic.com/sketchup_tutorial.htm

Hope this helps,

Installed it this afternoon and after tweaking the parking codes to match up with my custom AI setup, I like it very much. It seems to be easier on the framerates than comparable GMAX scenery at least on my ancient computer. I'm looking forward to more of this stuff.

Here's a couple of screenies of the main terminal I took.....

That's very good news Tom! Been a while since I went to that forum! Got me interested!

That Baltimore terminal is great! :applause:

This latest collection of hanger objects I uploaded was made using Sketchup, though I don't think I mentioned that in the readme...

I'm also using Sketchup for the terminal and whatever other custom objects we need for our Hay River scenery.
