"Bambi" stew.

There are VERY few things I am good at making, BUT I do make a decent venison stew.

My father in law returned from visiting relatives in the Charleston area, and his nephew gave him some venison.

I have a recipe given to me by my dad, and it is a keeper. I found the book it originated in on Amazon about a year ago. Here it is.

Yeah, maybe I shouldn't have used that name. Sort of has a shock value. Venison isn't easy to get. Not something I can get at the local grocery! Thank goodness, right C9Gal?
