Banana Bob's Pamela IV repaint?

Does anyone know where I can get hold of Banana Bob's Pamela IV repaint for Dave Garwood's wonderful Autocrat. The file was apparently uploaded to siminsider which now seems to be defunct. I've tried the usual sites and can't find it anywhere.
