Battle in the west campaign

Trying out the Battle in the west campaign and having problem with one missionon axis side:"Combat air patrol at V42"
The game cdt at start up.Must have a corrupted spawn file again for this one also.The spawns that VonOben sent me are not responding.
How can I verify this mission for it's spawns ? Or how can I get an original set of spawns for ETO ?

The files I sent you are the default ETO 1.40 spawn files!

Did you set ETO to ERA 1 and in Stock Spawn Mode before you added the spawn files I sent you?
That is important!

I have never had any problems in ETO "Phoney war" or "Attack in the west" campaigns flying as a German.
