Big Ben R at it again ...

Possibly.

But, I also think it's at least equally possible this is another gold digger trying to get an out-of-court settlement.

Ever since the infamous false accusations made against the Duke Lacross team players, I have become more likely to look with intense scepticism when such charges are made against a famous athlete.

The really sad fact, is that as more of this type of stuff becomes norm, it has reached the point where famous and wealthy people can no longer enjoy a social life with average people. All it takes is one person out of hundreds met in casual settings to make a false accusation to sully the person's reputation. Being famous and rich is suddenly one of the surest ways to live a life very lonely, and often filled with financial risks most of us never face. Worse, as the rich and famous react to this threat by closing off from general society, many people then accuse them of elitism!

When you think about it, that's really sad -- and also fundamentally unfair.

I would be with Ken saying gold digger but this is the 2st time with in 2 years he has been accused of sexual assault. So any scepticism I have is less than it would be with others.

Possibly.

But....

these days the nfl and the nba is full of thugs. that's why i am slow to give them benefit of the doubt. if they routinely conducted themselves in an upstanding manner they would be less suspect when accusations occur.

i personally knew a kid who went to jail for rape he couldn't have commited. the guy was about5'5" and weighed about 115 lbs. 3 girls claimed he simultaneously raped them in a car. (one of the girls drove a camaro) all of the girls were bigger than him, and outweighed him by at least 25lbs each. he had no weapon, and no one was drunk.
i knew him. he couldn't fight his way out of a wet paper bag. he was a totally laid back guy. but his dad was obscenely rich. still, for whatever reason, he lost the case and did 3 years.
