Bill Lyons Goose in FSX

Reddog

SOH-CM-2014
I got his Goose to work in FSX(SP1), biggest problem was getting it to work in the water. Just a little while back at Flightsim.com some one posted a FSX update for Mike Stones goose. I used the float section in the Contact points from that and put them in Bil's goose. It now sits level in the water and takesoff and lands okay but it needs to sit lower in the water. Can someone please tell me which numbers in the contact points need to be changed. Thanks much.:help:

If memory serves...

When you look at the contact point section of the cfg the 1st 3 sets of numbers are the ones you are interested in. The 1st number is fore & aft of the CG, 2nd is up & down & 3rd is left right.

Ok I didnt want to do you a disservice so I just checked & yeah I was right.

Open the C172 & look at its cfg. Just above the contact points section it spells out what each number is for.
