Bloch 152 panel query

The Bloch 152 from http://restauravia.com/page11.html is a very nice aircraft and is supposedly an FSX model. however when I load it up the VC panel has missing pieces. I don't read French so if there is a fix on the site I am clueless. I am running FSX w/acceleration on Vista 64. Does anyone have any ideas on this?
 
Their latest release, the Nord 3202, is not an FSX model but an FS2004 port, I'm not sure the earlier Bloch would be native FSX model.
 
The model most probably work in FSX without any service packs. I haven't been able to get it working in FSX SP2.
