Hello,
This installation says "

Place the missions in the folder of the WHATIF folder. As this is a Era 2 pack to ensure that the bob mission​

folder is ‘visible’, play the sim in other Era first."
I have play the sim in an other ERA but I do not "see" the folder for ERA 2, see attached screen shot.
Any recommendations?

Era 2 is on your screenshot, it's just not called Era2 but the folders have the prefix bob, so when you open the bob_missions folder you have the correct folder to paste the files in

PS: (off topic) Do you think the Red Devils will rise up again with Advocaat as coach?????

Hi Emile,

I can see where the confusion arose. I assumed that the Era nomenclanture was understood. So that folk would know that Era2 meant the BOB folder. I see now that it can be a bit confusing. I'll remember that in future.

I am looking at that screenshot and can tell immediately that the sim is set for Era 1. I can tell this because I see a missions folder, a uires folder, a qclocations.xml, and a splash24b.bmp. The others are 1943_missions and 1943_uires folders with 1943_qclocations.xml and 1943_splash24b.bmp (Era 3), 1944_missions and 1944_uires folders with 1944_qclocations.xml and 1944_splash24b.bmp (Era 4), and 1945_missions and 1945_uires (Era 5) folders with 1945_qclocations.xml and 1945_splash24b.bmp.

Era 2 is BoB Era. I can see bob_missions, bob_uires, bob_qclocations, and bob_splash24b.bmp

If the game was set to another Era, say Era 2, you would see a new set: 1936_missions, 1936_uires, 1936_qclocations, and 1936_splash24b.bmp, and you would no longer see any with the prefix "bob_". At that point, the Era you're in would have missions, uires, qclocations.xml, and splash24b.

Remember this:

Era 1 = 1936_

Era 2 = bob_

Era 3 = 1943_

Era 4 = 1944_

Era 5 = 1945_

When you are in any one of these Eras, it will have no prefix in the main game folder: missions. uires, qclocations.xml, and splash24b.bmp.

The Era Swapper swaps the names, but only with a pair of names at a time.

When in Era 1, the plain ones will actually contain the 1936_ items.

When in Era 2, the plain ones will have the bob_ items.

Etc, etc, etc.
